Guideline for Abstract Submission

Changes :
  1. Previously, you could submit multiple abstracts on behalf of different presenters. Last year, each presenter must submit their abstract after signing up their own account.
  2. You may modify submitted abstract until Apr 15, 2021, but you cannot change the presenter. If you wish to change the presenter, you must withdraw the previous abstract and resubmit.

  1. Download the “Abstract Template
  2. Write the abstract according to the template form
Step 2
  1. Presenter should sign up and log in for the submission.
  2. Click on the “Abstract Submission” button, and fill out the “Abstract Information
Step 3
  1. Upload your abstract as a PDF file and click on the “Submit” button.
  2. Acknowledgment of your submission will be automatically sent via email. If you do not receive the email, please check the submission result at the ”My Page”.
  3. You may further edit and modify submitted abstract by Apr 15.
Step 4
  1. Submitted abstract will be reviewed by the program committee and assigned to an appropriate oral or poster session.
  2. The presenter and corresponding author will be notified of acceptance of abstract by email.
Step 5

Presenter of accepted abstract should register on-line by May 31.

Previously, abstract submitter or presenter was allowed to register after pre-registration period. However, it is not allowed from this year in any circumstances or requests. If presenter doesn't register within May 31 the abstract submission will be cancelled.

Abstract Format

Write the abstract by following the attached template form (spaces, fonts, spacing, titles, references, etc.)

Abstracts should not contain the following; Headers, Footers, Page numbers

Registration for Presenters

All Presenters of accepted abstracts should register for the symposium.
The payment of registration should be completed by registrant in person, the secretariat does not act as a proxy for registration payment with provided payment information in any circumstances or requests.
If you do not complete the registration, your abstract would be excluded in the presentation list and conference proceedings.
