Format of the presentation file


It will be presented on the official website, and also be printed and displayed in on-site poster session hall.

It is mandatory to submit PDF file in order to be recognized that you presented your poster. MP4 file is not required and is voluntary but we recommend uploading both of them, especially for those participating in Best Poster Awards.

All presentation materials will only be opened to registered participants during the symposium period from July 1 to July 3.

Best poster examination will be held at the last day of the symposium and the examiners will review the candidates online.

Guidelines for the Poster Presenter

PDF File

Poster Size : A1 size - 60cm (Width) X 90cm (Height)

You are requested to submit your poster file within designated poster size.

The abstract number(ex. P20BM_0001), title, author and affiliation should be noticeable on your poster.

The poster should be made in English.

Please make sure to write the following statement on the top of your PDF file.
* Copying of the speaker’s lecture material and transmission to any media without prior consent are expressly prohibited under the ‘CopyRight Act’.

MP4 File

Make a Powerpoint presentation of 3-5 slides in landscape(horizontal) layout. You can simply divide your poster into multiple slides or make it another version of presentation in favor of the better delivery.

Please record your presentation using the Powerpoint presentation within about 3 min, and export it into MP4 format.(For more detailed guideline, please check the attachment below)
