Step 1 |
- Sign up or log-in for the submission.
- Download the abstract template and fill out 1 page in English.

Step 2 |
- Click on the Abstract Submission button.
- Fill out the Abstract information in English.
※ The presenter’s e-mail must be the same address that the presenter filled in when he/she signed up.

Step 3 |
- Add the abstract file and aclick on the Complete button.
- The confirmation letter will be automatically sent via e-mail. If you do not receive e-mail, please check the submission result at the Mypage.

Step 4 |
- Review and modify submitted abstracts at the Mypage by abstract submission due date.
- The request of withdrawal should be submitted through e-mail by May 19.

Step 5 |
- Multiple abstract submissions are allowed. However, in order to present the accepted abstracts, there is at least one different registered presenter per abstract.
Ex)
- Presenters of accepted abstracts should register on-line by the presenter registration date.
If not, the abstract will be automatically withdrawn.
- The presenter must log-in with the same e-mail address that the submitter filled in when he/she submitted the abstract.
